Delegate/Caucus Corner

** NEW: Official Call for Assembly: El Paso County Republican Party! NEW**

Please go to the following link to confirm your precinct number and caucus location:

****Once you have verified your precinct location, please email back with your precinct number so that we can update our delegate list****

You can pre-register to speed up your check-in process but it’s not mandatory. Bring your ID.

Fees for delegate and alternate positions this year must be paid at your Caucus. The fees are as follows: El Paso County Delegate $40, El Paso County Alternate $30. Bring a check or cash.

There are a few Caucus Training classes left. If you haven’t attended one already, please go to: and sign up! These classes are advertised as Caucus Leader Training but anyone can attend. Attending a training class is NOT required but is an opportunity to learn about the caucus process and what to expect. We want to prepare EVERYONE (not just precinct leaders) for a successful Caucus.

If you are selected to be a delegate at the caucus on March 6th, you MUST be able to attend the Republican County General Assembly on March 24.  It will be held at UCCS and starts at 7:00 am and ends at approximately 3:00 pm. This is when/where you will actually cast your “delegate” vote for Mike Angley to be the next Sheriff of El Paso County.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the process.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: We need everyone to locate your precinct. Go to this link:

Select tab for County/District Information and then scroll down to precinct number – the last 3 numbers is your local precinct number for the county caucus. Be sure to send us your precinct number so that we have it on our map and our planning documents.

As we approach the New Year, we’re ramping up our delegate game. We have many committed delegates pledged to us so far, and the numbers grow daily. We’re grateful for the support and we continue to encourage people to reach out to us to offer their help. Please keep talking to family, friends, neighbors and even co-workers to solicit their commitment as well.

Contact us if you have any questions.

Please download our Delegate Card and print one off if you like. It walks you through the process, which isn’t as intimidating as it may seem at first.

We’ll post links here to our series, Delegate College. Here’s where we are so far:
